Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and repair hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.00 - $22.90 per hour
