Old Trolley Road Animal Clinic is looking to hire a veterinary technician with surgical anesthesia monitoring and dental experience. This position requires motivation, ability to multi task, organize, follow detailed instructions, work individually and as part of a team. Applicants must have a knowledge of veterinary medicine and terminology, pharmaceutical drugs, basic preventative health care, common diseases and their transmission, etc. Skill sets required, but are not limited to, IV catheter placement, phlebotomy, radiographic positioning, assisting in surgery with anesthesia and dental cleanings.Previous animal care experience in a professional setting is required. Licensed technician is preferred. Every other Saturday is required.
