Here's What You'll Get To Do
  • Assist with recruiting processes, such as, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and performing phone screens
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide support of new-hire onboarding process
  • Assist with internal and external human resources inquires from employees
  • HRIS management - updates, reporting, etc.
  • Performs other duties as needed
Here's What We're Looking For
  • HR Degree or 1-2 years in Human Resources or related field
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Requires proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferred
  • Bi-lingual a plus
