We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

## Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Promote products and services to customers
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

## Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Familiarity with technology sales to provide product information
- Ability to manage stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers
- Experience in technical or appliance sales is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
