Assists the Asst. General Manager in responsibility for the store. Help motivate employees to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

● Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and or complicated sales, cash

management, inventory and follow-up with customers

● Provide strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service

● Helps store manager and assistant store manager identify training needs and provide ongoing training to employees

● Ensure company standards are met for store and employees appearance at all times

● Enforces all company policies and procedures

● Receives deliveries and stocks sales floor in a timely manner

● Prioritizes, plans and communicates job assignments and other information to employees prior to start of shift

● Performs additional duties as assigned by any direct or indirect report

Qualifications

● High School Diploma/GED

● Strong leadership skills and business orientation

● Customer management skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Highly organized and ability to multitask

Physical Demands & Work Environment

● Regularly required to sit and work on a computer.

● Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or listen to others.

● Required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

● May lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth

perception and ability to adjust focus.
