We are currently seeking a qualified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to join us on a part-time or full-time basis.
Opportunity Overview

• Work with a pioneering addiction medicine practice that integrates office-based addiction medicine with behavioral health services.

• Provide patient care within a harm reduction model, including medical care, counseling, toxicology testing, case management, and medical management of medications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care for behavioral health, opioid, and alcohol addiction at one or more outpatient locations.
• Collaborate with clinic physicians and other medical/behavioral health providers as a medical liaison.
• Participate in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and patient medical case reviews with the team.
