Product Marketer

We’re growing fast and looking to add a Product Marketer to our Product team.

What We’re Looking For

We view this role as a key member of the Product team, responsible for creating go-to-market strategies Olio products and solutions, with a focus on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to drive buyer awareness and desired business outcomes. Our ideal candidate will build high quality content for sales and user enablement, understand the competitive landscape and target markets to advise positioning and plan go-to-market activities, and help lead product and feature launches.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with software product marketing - preferably 2 years
  • Proven track record of ability to understand industry concepts and product information to develop compelling messaging and positioning
  • Experience supporting and guiding sales enablement infrastructure
  • Established ability to learn and perform well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and writing skills
  • Outstanding, creative, winning attitude that inspires
  • Exceptional level of professionalism and accuracy when representing Olio
  • Indianapolis, IN area based with ability to work in office environment 75% of the time

Job Requirements

  • Proactively seek and cultivate knowledge and understanding of the Olio product, vision, market, sales cycle and barriers
  • Drive and own Olio Product Marketing strategy and differentiation positioning for Olio’s products and solutions
  • Work with team to develop materials to enable Sales throughout onboarding and the sales cycle for new and expansion growth
  • Deliver compelling, comprehensive, and clear messaging and content to support sales pursuits and enable marketing activities
  • Vet and utilize relevant data insights to inform decisions and produce content
  • Consult with Product, Sales, and clients to explore product and market opportunities
  • Create and manage product positioning and messaging
  • Lead external product discussions, forums, and presentations
  • Be a dynamic team player who can easily collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders and departments including sales, product management, marketing, and customer success
  • Partner closely with product management to develop communication and launch plans for all product releases
  • Be an all-around champion and advocate for Olio
