Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Oliva Torras USA is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator .

A successful candidate requires professionalism, great attitude, good communication skills and outstanding customer service accompanying full understanding of the accounting cycle and basic accounting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Daily customer billing

· Cash receipts application

· Daily bank deposits

· Accounts payable activities

· W-9 file management

· Wire transfer processing

· Vendor payment processing

· Assist HR manager with annual worker’s compensation audit

· Assist with HR manager with onboarding

· Assist HR manager with annual benefits roll out

· Assist HR manager with healthcare and benefit coordination

· Documentation maintenance/filing

· General office duties as assigned

· Special projects

Qualifications & Requirements

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Proficiency in Sage100 ERP System (3-5 yrs. experience)

· Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills

· Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Ability to work both independently and with teams

· Conveys a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work

· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)

· Ability to pass drug screening and background check
