Olivaceous Inc is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Los Angeles, CA
Olivaceous is a Young Contemporary wholesale/manufacturer of women clothing located in the fashion district in Los Angeles. Olivaceous is looking for a Fulfillment/Customer Service Representative who contributes to the smooth flow of order processes.
This is a Full time and On-site position Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
This role is for an immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone and e-mail.
-Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
-Communicate with the shipping/ sales department to better serve the customers as needed.
-Confirming PO details with customers.
-Order management – reflecting cancelations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
-Provides timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
-Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer’s requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
-Contribute positively to team dynamic.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Experience with N41 ERP is a plus.
-Experience with Fashiongo is a plus.
-Strong written and verbal skills.
-Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast pasted environment.
-Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
-Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Previous experience in wholesale apparel/accessory customer service preferred.
Salary will be dependent on previous experience
