O O Hospitality has become one of the St. Louis region’s most beloved restaurant groups, delivering thoughtful food, service, and hospitality in warm, welcoming, energetic dining rooms. Founded by partners Mark Hinkle, Greg Ortyl, and Chef Jesse Mendica Risk, beginning with the opening of their flagship restaurant Olive Oak in 2016, O O Hospitality now operates five concepts in the heart of Webster Groves, Missouri, where all three founders and their families call home.
We set out to create a fun, lively, and approachable restaurant and bar in our own backyard — a friendly, bustling neighborhood spot where the very best in food and drink would be served in a welcoming setting. We are looking at every single detail to make sure that Olive Oak will be the perfect place to enjoy great wine, craft beer, well-made drinks and thoughtful, ingredient driven food with friends and family.
Our philosophy on food is simple. We work tirelessly to source the best ingredients, locally whenever possible. In the kitchen, we use solid, old school cooking techniques.
Whether you’re coming to see us for a casual night out or for a special occasion, we want to offer you the best of all worlds to accompany your meal. Beer, wine, liquor – it’s all handpicked.
We cook from our hearts and never forget who we are cooking for. YOU. We hope you will dine with us often.
