Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and inventory management
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competition to make informed decisions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating discounts, and managing financial transactions

Minimum 3 years in Restaurant Business
