We are seeking 3 full-time Prep Cook/Cashiers (1 manager and 2 staff) to assist our team at a school in South Daytona. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals with our crew for our students and staff. If you have a passion for feeding our youth during their favorite time of the day, we want to hear from you! Please do not go to the school directly as we are the School Food Management Company and a separate entity.

• Set up the kitchen with the necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Running a Point of Sale with orders placed on the website, credit card swipers, and cash
• Must be able to pass a background check that we do for you

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
