Job Opportunity: Claims Specialist - Environmental
Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is currently seeking a skilled Claims Specialist in Environmental Liability to join their dynamic team.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of environmental liability claims from start to finish
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements and agree on compensation with claimants
• Prepare and review claim reports and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Key Skills:

• Experience in handling environmental liability claims
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• JD background preferred but not required
