We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee Program Operations and Analytics. The successful candidate must be organized, strong in process development and able to improve organizational efficiency through the development of staff, tools and reporting. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the acquisition, protection and processing of large sets of operational data, ensuring that it is accurate, available and secure. You will oversee the implementation of operational projects, ongoing activities of those projects/programs, and lead the data analysis efforts within the organization. You must be versatile and able to work across the organization. Your work is critical for the growth of the company, and the manager and team must be able to grow with the organization. You have an understanding of the energy industry and previous experience in managing demand response/load flexibility programs. You thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring Olivine meets its responsibilities to ensure success of the projects/programs we implement and administer
Responsible for secure data operations including data access and availability
Oversee team responsible for all data operational projects as well as standard and custom analyses and ongoing reporting
Primary point of contact for critical clients and partners and maintains professional relationships
Work closely with other managers to manage a myriad of activities, ensure alignment of strategies and objectives to prioritize customer success
Oversee direction, management, quality control and timely completion of deliverables within budget parameters
Lead and develop proposal content and project budgets
Interact and communicate with all stakeholders
Provide input into the development of products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to team members to transfer knowledge, develop expertise and to ensure operational excellence is achieved
Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators and future program design requirements. Lead and manage meetings, calls, facilitated sessions
Ensure management, team members and partners are kept up to date on status’, capture escalations and resolve issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field or comparable experience
5 years of experience in the energy industry
Previously successful project and other management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated abilities to lead and
conduct analyses.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
High level of proficiency in Excel. A working knowledge of Python is valuable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing multiple
priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of the energy industry and demand response
Willingness to travel for business when needed
Demonstrated knowledge of utility and regulatory structures as well as knowledge of
demand response policies and programs are desired. You must be motivated and eager to work in a small and growing company. Salary Range: $105,000 - $160,000 depending upon location and experience
