Oller Building Company is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Ozark, MO

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This includes inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting the equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for canidates who are self motivated, have a good work ethic, and have great time management skills. Having a CDL is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures.
  • Inspect equipment before use.
  • Complete daily logs and reports.
  • Communicate with supervisors and other personnel on the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ozark, MO: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
