Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Growth, North America Cloud Solutions.. This pivotal role is responsible for formulating and executing our go-to-market strategy, specifically targeting direct sales to new consulting clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor with a proven track record in driving cloud consulting sales initiatives from concept to closure.

  • Develop and Execute Go-To-Market Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for cloud solutions, specifically tailored to consulting clients, to drive market penetration and business growth in alignment with our practice capabilities.

  • Pipeline Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by engaging directly with new cloud consulting clients, leveraging industry networks, and utilizing various prospecting techniques with a focus on establishing a footprint at strategic accounts.

  • Lead Sales Pursuits: Actively own and drive sales pursuits by leading the end-to-end sales process, including initial client engagement, needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiations to achieve closed-won deals.

  • Coordinate Practice Resources: Collaborate with cloud solutions consulting teams as well as cross practice teams (marketing, sales, alliances) to align resources, develop client facing proposals, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

  • Market Positioning: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the go-to-market strategy and positioning, ensuring our cloud solutions meet client needs and stand out in the market.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Sales Attainment: Successfully achieve Cloud Solutions practice booking target on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate also has...

  • Over 10 years selling within the cloud consulting domain with a focus on direct to client pursuit execution ownership.

  • Experience in a global company and demonstrating the value proposition of a world-wide workforce.

  • Track record of exceeding personal or team quota (top 10%-20% of company) in past positions in enterprise or mid-market.

  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to executive-level decision maker (CXO, VP).

  • Experience negotiating and closing consulting services contracts, including proposal and SOW creation.

  • Experience building strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Travel to client sites and to internal meetings as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
