Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Drive business expansion by converting new leads that we provide into loyal customers.
- Pitch our products and services to prospective clients.
- Manage and renew accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage relevant personnel in various companies.
- Collaborate with clients spread across different geographical locations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proven B2B sales experience, with a stable job history (minimum 2.5 years in a previous role).
- Minimum age requirement: 28 years.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
- Willingness to work some hours overlapping US EST time, with a startup schedule of 7am to 3pm EST, which will become more flexible over time.
- Preference for independent thinkers, problem solvers, and self-motivated individuals.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and customize sales approaches based on diverse client needs and budgets.
