This is a working management position involving all aspects of our Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire locations. Primary areas of focus of position are: (1) Marketing for all aspects of the business as well as (2) help manage operational side of business. This position will involve, but is not limited to the following: (1) manage marketing for stores, events, wholesale and online from ideas/concepts through implementation and working with external creative and marketing resources, (2) Assist with planning and implementation of key operational initiatives and policies/procedures, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising staff, inventory management, ensuring customer's needs are met promptly, and assisting in achieving sales and labor goals.

Preferred applicants will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing/promotion as well as hiring and managing staff, physical capabilities to work in all areas, the ability to travel between both locations and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings IF needed. Basic computer skills required. Store management and sales experience preferred but not required.
