**Job Description**

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for transportation-related projects including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways. As a Project Manager, you will be a lead project manager for our Roadway team, ensuring successful project deliverables and completion for complex and high-priority projects that may span across multiple teams. You will also provide direction to the Roadway team and ensure quality execution of key projects that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

In this pivotal role, you'll not only guide members of our Roadway team but also foster their professional and technical development, nurturing a culture of mentorship and collaboration. By prioritizing skill enhancement, teamwork, and shared victories, you'll contribute to a vibrant environment where innovation thrives. **Qualifications**

**You bring to the team:**

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control

8 years of experience in highway or municipal design

Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)

Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
