Job Description: We are currently seeking a part-time property manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring their efficient operation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Hours:
The hours will vary as this is a part time role with 20 hours a week.
Pay rate:
$15-$18 an hour based on experience
Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure quality service.
• Collect rent payments and enforce lease agreements, following up on late payments and initiating eviction proceedings when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant interactions.
• Market available properties and conduct tenant screenings to find qualified renters.
• Assist with lease signings and move-in/move-out inspections.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
•Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
