```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This includes mechanical repairs, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and electrical wiring
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Welding experience is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities
