Olympia Smiles is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Lacey, WA

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records system
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental office staff
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area

- Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
