Job Description
Olympia Transitional is looking a passionate, dedicated and caring License Nurse for 12 full time day shift,12 hour Eves and 12 NOC.
- Monitor patient's conditions and assess their needs to provide the possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill patients' charts
- Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatment according to physician's orders
