Responsible for providing the following services including, but not limited to, excellent customer service, optimal utilization of Epic (EMR) for Intake of patient referral, patient scheduling, patient registration, and verification of insurance coverage.
This position is also responsible to obtain Insurance authorization for services and handling of the medical record at the clinical level.
Knowledge of medical terminology required. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Medical Assistant training / certification preferred.

This plan is administered by Washington Employment Security Department. Additional details can be found at Sick Leave PSL is accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and is available to use after 90 days of employment.
use by request or receive payout of 8 hours upon reaching 24 hours in bank.Vacation Beginning accrual equivalent to 14 days per year for a full-time employee.
Pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may begin using vacation after completing 1040 benefit hours. Accrual rate increases with years of service.
