• Shift Differentials:
  • Evening $3.00/hour
  • Night $5.00/hour

• Premiums:
  • Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
  • Standby Premium $4.00/hour
  • Charge Premium $3.25/hour
  • Float/PM Premium $2.50/hour
  • Per Diem Premium 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
  • Certification Premium $2.00/hour

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the OR Nurse Manager and/or designee, in conjunction with the Director of Anesthesia, the pre-Admission Nurse performs a verbal assessment with the patient prior to admission via a phone interview as well as collects the patient’s medical history from previous medical records. The nurse also works closely with the anesthesia department in coordinating the patient’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in OR, PACU or ICU setting; required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center; preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
Current Washington State RN license; BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.
