Full job description
OM Group, the largest Dunkin' network in Detroit and Cleveland is growing rapidly and is looking to add to our team. We have recently added Smoothie King and Qdoba to our Network and need an Regional District Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager is critical to the success of of our BRANDS, contributing through the direction and control of restaurant operations to not only provide brand standards to our restaurants but to create an experience for our guests. You help direct and influence the operation of the restaurants, develop a Team of leaders, attain sales, and beat profit objectives. Protect the brands by enforcing the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by using effective tools and communication to help supervise Above Store Leaders and team members within your portfolio.
This individual would help oversee operations in Detroit and Cleveland, with a future area of Toledo. You will have to travel to both cities weekly, and be flexible with travel between the cities. The ideal candidate lives in Cleveland area or Metro Detroit Area.
