OM Group, the largest Dunkin' network in Detroit and Cleveland is growing rapidly and is looking to add to our team. We have recently added Smoothie King and Qdoba to our Network and need an Regional District Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager is critical to the success of of our BRANDS, contributing through the direction and control of restaurant operations to not only provide brand standards to our restaurants but to create an experience for our guests. You help direct and influence the operation of the restaurants, develop a Team of leaders, attain sales, and beat profit objectives. Protect the brands by enforcing the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by using effective tools and communication to help supervise Above Store Leaders and team members within your portfolio.

This individual would help oversee operations in Detroit and Cleveland, with a future area of Toledo. You will have to travel to both cities weekly, and be flexible with travel between the cities. The ideal candidate lives in Cleveland area or Metro Detroit Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure all Districts/Restaurants are compliant with company standards leading a team of Above store leaders and team members to drive positive team member engagement and retention.
• Identify and diagnose ongoing operational gaps in districts & restaurants; develop formal action plans to resolve gaps and partner with field support as needed.
• Achieve & maintain operational excellence at all times, partnering with ASL's and General managers in your respective portfolio.
• Ensure excellent customer service & operational goals are consistently above standard.
• Hold ASL's accountable for executing action plans, tracking progress, and promoting a sense of urgency.
• Development of talent: Enforce systems and processes that drive effective hiring, training, retention, and development, including succession planning for ASL/GM roles, performance appraisals, and monthly feedback with a focus on their development.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Review key financial variables daily. Analyze and track key financial/operational data to derive meaningful business insights. Develop executive presentations and present key trends and results to the Director, Vice Present of Operations and Franchise owners. Present financial/operational weekly updates during ASL& GM meetings.
• Ensure that labor standards are followed in all restaurants
• Ensure all the restaurants in your region comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• You will help onboard and develop future ASL's/GM's by assessing and developing internal talent.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Reliable Transportation
• Travel within the cities
• Food Safety Certification
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills

Additional Requirements

• Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations
• Thorough understanding of Dunkin', Baskin Robbins, Smoothie King and Qdoba standards, policies & procedures
• Ability to read financial statements; strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance to Above Store Leaders
• Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings
• Experience in working independently with a result orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Restaurant: 4 years (Preferred)
• Multi-Unit Management: 4 years (Preferred)

• Detroit, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
