POSITION TITLE: Grounds Technician / Housekeeper
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for Full-Time Custodial help with basic janitorial duties sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms / breakrooms, removing trash, vacuuming. Along with some light duty outside grounds keeping mowing and weedeating.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Upkeep on parking lots
· Mowing the grass with a riding lawn mower and weedeating
· Clean breakrooms
· Removing all trash
· Cleaning of all bathrooms
· Vacuuming all office areas
· Upkeep on sweeping and moping
Pay from $16 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
