Position SummaryThis dual role requires a professional who can efficiently manage office operations while supporting our marketing initiatives. This is primarily an onsite role located in Millersville, MD.
Key Responsibilities
  • Forge and maintain relationships with the local and national news media to solidify opportunities that showcase our impact on the community, as well as our client testimonials.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring all office needs are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in office management roles and/or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with social media (X, LinkedIn, Meta) management and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as ConnectWise.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
