- 5 years of experience in software development, with 3 years of experience in technical architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, performant, and resilient Azure cloud architectures, inclusive of cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of Azure security and governance principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of common architecture principles, patterns and practices, such as SOA, microservices, RESTful APIs, MVC, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience managing or leading technical teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
