- R12 Expertise around Oracle Financials suite modules with 8 years experience.
- Handled at least 3 to 5 Implementation/Upgrade/Roll out projects in version 12.1.3 & above.
- Should have good consulting & communication skills.
- Manage large roll out projects, managing a team of around 10 resources.
- To work as an individual contributor in the capacity of Functional consultant across implementation & support projects.
- Should be able to develop end-to-end solutions for implementations.
- Understand the global solution.
- Understand the site-specific delta requirements.
- Module configuration.
- Unit & integration testing Conduct system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios).
- Training the core team.
- CRP & UAT execution.
- Interact with users and managers for issue resolution.
- Functional design documentation.
- Adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain standards and procedures.
- Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution.
- Handholding technical development team wherever required.
- Developing non-linear solutions specific to above-mentioned module functionality.
- Manage detailed training & documentation to build internal Capability.
