- Candidate should have 15 Years of overall experience & relevant experience on project management should be 5-6 Years
- Should have strong written & verbal communication skills
- Should have Sound background in techno-functional area
- Should have experience of Business Transformation projects, implementation, enhancement & development across Various applications
- Understanding of Business & IT application co-relation from flows perspective
- Practical knowledge on Engagement Management, Project Management, Business Analysis will be added advantage
- Should have good experience in liaising with IT, Business and Onsite & offshore team
- Must be flexible to travel on project locations
- Proficient to understand integrations of multiple modules/systems
- Experience of any implantation will be added advantage
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Should possess analytical & problem-solving skills
- Should have collaboration skills & Team player
- Should possess good skills in handling Business Users
- Should possess work authority from respected European country with enough validity
- Should be self-motivated and ready for ownership of responsibility
