If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team. THE JOBOMG23 is seeking a Specialist, Search (Planner/Strategist) for our Search and Social team to work on the Walt Disney account. The Specialist, Paid Search is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search (Google/Bing/YouTube) campaigns. He/she will work closely with offline and digital teams to ensure that strategy aligns with overall media goals. Reporting to an Associate Director, this person will be responsible for building ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns. Please note this is a paid media position, not a content creation or social community management role.Responsibilities IncludePaid Search
Forecast and execute paid search strategies on Google, Bing, and YouTube Discovery
Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid campaigns
Including but not limited to: account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives
Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives
Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and trend tools (i.e. Doubleclick Search, Google Trends, etc.)
Forecast and track paid search demand and regularly communicate findings to the client

Bachelor’s degree – Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired.
At least 1-2 years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid search marketing campaigns for larger brands, preferably in the Entertainment industry
Required competency in the following areas:
Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display and paid social
Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
Analytical mindset. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking that balance quantitative and qualitative thinking
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Proven team player and works well under pressure
Strong Excel skills necessary
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
