Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering

• 8 years of experience ONLY

• PE license a MUST

• Extensive AutoCAD experience and Civil 3D

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Experience in: Land development and site design

• Project type: EDU, Multifamily, Warehouse and Manufacturing,

Commercial,Hospitality, Municipal, Healthcare, Aviation, Logistics,

Residential. Experience in at least one!

• Civil Design experience is required

• Ability to analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction

of projects as well as the overall budget constraints

• Ensure project feasibility and practicality

• Create designs and construction deadlines

• Strong communication skills

• Inspect project sites and deliver results

Compensation:

• $90,000- $110,000 (negotiable depending upon experience and technical

skill-set)

• Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)
