The Omni Family Foundation is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Housing Clinical Director. Omni Family Foundation (OFF) supports youth transitioning out of foster care with wrap-around supports and services designed to inspire hope, pave a strong path for their future and ensure they find long-term independence. We are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

Our mission is to to support young people ages 18-24 transitioning out of foster care with the resources and support they need to thrive in adulthood. The Housing Clinical Director is critical to achieving this focus.

The Housing Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of therapeutic case management tailored to youth aging out of foster care through the context of permanent supportive housing (PSH). This individual will play a pivotal role in building the case management program from the ground up, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and compliance with funding requirements.

- Licensed Clinical Degree (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) is highly preferred

-Strong understanding of therapeutic case management principles and practices

- Experience in program development, compliance, and billing processes

- Proven experience in implementing services through Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) models

- Familiarity with Tenncare and Medicaid funded service programs

- Valid Driver’s License

- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
