Omni Federal designs, builds and operates data-rich applications leveraging advanced data modeling, machine learning and data visualization techniques to empower our customers to make better data-driven decisions. As a Senior Python Developer at Omni Federal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the software development teams. You will work closely with development teams in collaborating on design, development, testing, and integrations of different system capabilities for real time geospatial support. The Senior Python Developer will also have some client interaction as they work on the mission for our customers. Position Description (what you will do)
Support development teams working on cutting edge Intelligence Community projects
Interact with exciting customers and objectives throughout the federal space
Collaborate with design teams and external partners on system integration capabilities
Be involved in unit testing and integration for the improvement of our deliverables Requirements:
7 years of experience in software development (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) required
Understand the Software development life cycle
Must have demonstrated experience developing with modern languages such as: Python, Ruby, Clojure, Java, JavaScript, etc.
Highly preferred to have Python programming language experience
Experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to problems
Demonstrated experience using rapid prototyping and Agile based software development methodologies Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
