Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist at Omni Health Services, Inc. located in Camden, NJ. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for providing treatment planning, social work, case management, family therapy, and psychology services to patients. The role involves conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Social Work skills
• Experience in providing family therapy and psychology services
• Knowledge of mental health assessment and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in New Jersey
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
