Job Summary:
Operations Manager is responsible for the operations in Blending and Production with the respective managers reporting directly to this position. Establishing standards, holding managers and team members accountable to the standards, advancing continuous improvement and training are core piece of the job responsibility. The Ops Manager will ensure defects such as quality, safety and performance issues are researched, root caused and corrected. Being able to execute on improvements within the department are crucial for operational improvement.
