Job Description Omni Therapy, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to join our Quality Assurance department as the QA Director of Compliance. The QA Director of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our QA department, which is currently made up of 18 members. The best candidate for this role will be an experienced leader and someone with vast knowledge in QA review of home health and hospice notes (Oasis, PT, OT & ST). Qualifications:
2 years of recent home health Q.A. Director experience.
2 years of recent experience in home health quality assurance and oasis review.
Must be a California resident and currently reside in the state of CA.
Responsibilities: The QA Director of Compliance position is an integral part of the patient care process requiring teamwork and strong leadership skills to deliver on time sensitive needs. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the QA Supervisor and other members of the QA team.
Leading the QA department to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
Setting policies and protocols for the department and holding team members accountable.
Reviewing performance, and working with the team to achieve goals.
Handling QA-related escalated issues with clinical partners.
Working shoulder to shoulder with members of the QA team to ensure quality and timely notes.
