Job Description: Omnia US is seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will support our sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service. You will assist in administrative tasks, manage client inquiries, and contribute to maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Prepare and send out proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Competitive salary range: $47,000 - $55,000 per year.
