As an essential member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
Job Description: As an Office Clerk at Omnia US, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating information into our databases and spreadsheets.
  • Filing and Organizing: Maintaining orderly filing systems both electronically and physically.
  • Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assistance: Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate records of transactions, contracts, and other documents.
