$16.00 - $19.00/hour

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate office, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, and industrial-focused organizations. We’re looking for a dependable self-starter who can work well alone or on a team, to perform all general landscape duties as a site-based Landscaper year round for a property in the Reynoldsburg area. This position will also have some facility maintenance job duties as well during the winter or as needed.

Benefits for the Landscaper position include:

• Weekly pay - $16.00 - $19.00/hour dependent on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities for the Landscaper position include:

• Mowing, trimming and maintaining (seeding, installing sod, etc.) turf.
• Installing and maintaining mulch.
• Pruning shrubs, hedges, and bushes as well as applying fertilizer.
• Planting new shrubs, trees, and perennials as needed.
• Pulling weeds and applying weed killer.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Installing drainage tile.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Help with installation/repair of equipment.
• Small project work.
• Driving company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as snow removal, material pick up, etc. 
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Landscaper position include:

• Possess excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• 2 years related experience.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Must be able to pass all pre-hire requirements including FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
