This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of our production line by sorting scrap materials, upgrading salvageable items, and removing nonconforming products. The Production Line Operator will also be responsible for maintaining mobile and fixed equipment, as well as ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Production associate will also load or unload trucks and wear multiple hats.

What You Will Do

• Picking Line - Sort scrap to upgrade & remove nonconforming items
• Clean any spillage from conveyors using both mobile equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain Mobile and Fixed Equipment
• All other duties as assigned

What We Look For

• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to stand/work for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
• Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills
