Omnitrance Solutions Inc is Hiring a Remote Chat Support Agent ( REMOTE )

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries and providing them with excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to enhance troubleshooting abilities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficient in using various chat support platforms and applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
