Job Title: Senior Java Architect

Duration: 12 months

Location: Menands, NY(Day 1 onsite

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Java Architect at one of our client location Consulting in Menands, NY. The Senior Java Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as software development, designing architecture using design patterns, microservices development, and managing Jakarta EE applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development, particularly in Java
• Expertise in design patterns and building scalable microservices
• In-depth knowledge of Jakarta EE (formerly Java EE) and related technologies
• Proven ability to architect and design complex enterprise-level systems
• Experience in creating high-level and low-level architecture documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical guidance
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
