As a POC Buyer in the Group Business Services Procurement Operations Center, you will provide outstanding service to internal stakeholders by validating and satisfying operational procurement tasks efficiently and effectively. Key Accountabilities
Building strong relationships with stakeholders by being responsive and proactive to work task assignments
Working with stakeholders across all areas of the business and regions
Prioritizing and planning daily workflow which includes management, monitoring, and reporting of task progression through the completion
Supplier negotiation as required
Operating and complying with all Procurement processes and procedures
Invoice resolution for blocked or stalled invoices
Supplier communications/declarations
Global Vendor Master Management
Non-Disclosure Agreements
Request for Quotes
Rework Purchase Orders
Task request inbox management
Basic Requirements
Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience or
Bachelor's with 0-1 years of experience or
8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity
Preferred Skills
Minimal procurement experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Team, career, and goal orientated
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
