On-Demand Group is currently seeking for a Fractional Solution Architect Lead for a 3 months contract engagement.

Title: Fractional Solution Architect Lead

Duration: 3 months contract (part-time)

Location: New Brighton, Minnesota

As a Solutions Architect, you will tackle large-scale challenges for some of our biggest business customers. You will work with our teams of engineers, developers, and business and technical business analysts to define and design simple solutions to complex challenges. You will also act as a subject matter expert on all things technology, guiding the team to make the right technical decisions.

Team Lead Specific Duties:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of solution architects and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for team members.

• Coordinate team efforts to ensure alignment with overall project goals and company objectives.

• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure clarity and transparency.

• Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges within the team, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

• Oversee the allocation of team resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team.

• Conduct work product review for team members’ and quality deliverables.

Required Education, Experience, And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business-related discipline or equivalent related experience. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of management experience in a Technology-related capacity.

• At least ten years of development/solution development experience in technology technology-diverse environment.

• Demonstrated experience using solution design/software tools

• Experience blending Waterfall/Agile, and other delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Must be customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to provide quality service to business partners and stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial.

• Strong analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment.

• A positive attitude towards change, offering new ideas and fresh approaches.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision, in a complex multi-tiered organization.
