The Role and What You'll Do:
•Lead On Location's business development activities with an emphasis on building new business in the sports and live entertainment industry.
•Coordinate with team members to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
•Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
•Conduct ongoing market research.
•Grow existing partnerships by increasing product utilization.
•Prospect to develop new business through outreach and networking, which includes growing existing relationships and offerings of current On Location customers.
•Develop revenue maximization strategies for both new business and existing business.
•Execute a defined sales process from initial outreach through the legal phase and fulfillment.
•Build customer relationships through strategic conversations and excellent listening skills to understand the client's sales goals.
•Assist in the execution of various organizational functions.
•Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives employed within the sports and live entertainment industry.
•Integrate new clients into the business while establishing a strong and productive working relationship.
•Gain an understanding of our competitors and their clients.
•Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
•Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.
•The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of his/her portfolio of both new customers and the existing On Location customer base, while providing feedback to our pricing, product and analytics teams who are constantly creating new solutions. This person is often the first one to introduce new features, and for that reason will have to be comfortable excelling in an environment where the applications used daily are advancing.

Qualifications and Skills
•Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
•Demonstrated ability in business to business (B2B) sales.
•Undergraduate or Graduate degree, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Experience and Knowledge
•Extensive experience with account management, a defined sales process and solution-based selling.
•5 years minimum of full-time software sales or relatable experience.
•Proven prospector with a record of accomplishment in securing initial meetings.
•Preferred proficiency in utilizing and selling data driven software.
•Creativity and experience negotiating with C-level executives.
•Desire to work as a collaborative, self-starter.
•Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work within a rapidly changing environment.
•Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at every level of the organization.
•Proficient in MS Office.
