OverviewOur client is looking for a Korean/American bilingual candidate with “COO-Like” experience in the Business Development, Business Operation and Team Management as a Senior Director in the CEO’s Family Office’ Investment Portfolio Management focusing on to Grow the Family Office’ organization and the team.Business Management:
Overseeing Family Office and Investment Portfolio
Team operational planning and implementation
Establish office work standards and implement
Cultivating executive talent and managing the Team
Evaluation of the overall team performance
Determining the investment objectives and philosophy of the family.
Determining risk profiles and investment horizons.
Asset allocation – deciding on the mix between capital market and non-capital market investments.
Supporting banking relationships.
Managing liquidity for the family.
Providing due diligence on investments and external managers.
Tax Management:
Overall Tax Planning
Estate Planning overall understanding and work sharing
Secretarial work:
General understanding and sharing of work of family office
Qualification
Must be Fluent in Korean / English Bilingual
Business management Experience- COO experience Preferred (Minimum 1~3 years)
Organizational Management – Excellent communication and human skills, Equipped with Managerial Mind, Leadership, Experience in working with C-level Officers and Management
