The Nutraceutical Ingredient Formulation Specialist is a pivotal role within our dynamic organization. This position demands a strategic thinker who can seamlessly bridge the gap between sales, innovation, flavor development, and production to achieve commercial success in the competitive nutraceutical market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Centricity: Collaborate closely with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and market trends. Translate this knowledge into innovative formulation concepts that exceed customer expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of ingredients and formulation science to develop and optimize product formulations. Serve as the technical authority, guiding the team through complex formulation challenges and ensuring product quality and compliance.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Innovation: Drive product innovation by exploring new ingredient combinations and technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging consumer preferences to develop cutting-edge formulations.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of formulation development, testing, and production processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Formulation experience working for a nutraceutical company.
• Proven track record in formulating dietary supplements across various formats (tablets, capsules, gummies, liquids, beverages)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address formulation challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional products
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
