On Target Staffing is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Near East Brunswick, NJ
Track and document all incoming and outgoing products
Design and maintain trucking schedule for customer pickups and incoming receiving
Delegate tasks to the warehouse staff to prepare outgoing orders
Generate shipping labels and packing slips
Handle shipment issues and communicate with truck drivers for re-scheduling/re-routing of late pickups and deliveries
Update inventory tracking system
Help process returns
Help Accounting resolve trucking charges and provide proof of deliveries
Collaborate with management to track shipping costs
Other tasks deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:Associate degree or higher
Good Communication Skills
Organized and very detail oriented. Performs tasks with accuracy and in detail.
Basic MS Office and math skills
Experience in shipping and receiving a plus
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
9 am to 5 pm
PAYRATE:Pay rate: 40k-50k
